As Kyxrelynllxol provides consultation services rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on cancellations, rescheduling, and satisfaction guarantees for our wardrobe consultation services.

Cancellation and Refunds

48-Hour Notice

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Less Than 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction with our wardrobe consultation services is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

Package Services

For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed. If you wish to cancel a package after completing some sessions, you will be charged the individual session rate for completed sessions, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented emergencies such as illness or family emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation or provide a full refund, regardless of the timing.

Consultant Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation due to consultant unavailability or other circumstances on our end, you will be offered the option to reschedule at your convenience or receive a full refund.

Digital Materials

Style guides, lookbooks, and other digital materials provided as part of your consultation are non-refundable once delivered. These materials are for your personal use and cannot be returned.
